Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (version 24C or later), including:
• Message scenarios
• Routing rules
• Filters and Plugins
• Analyze and optimize field service processes and translate them into OFSC-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including integration-related incidents.
• Support and maintain OFSC applications, ensuring minimal downtime and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Drive integration efforts between OFSC and other systems such as IBM Maximo.
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical documentation and user training as needed.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and leadership.
• Implement change management strategies during system upgrades, feature rollouts, and process changes.
• Maintain strong alignment with enterprise architecture and IT governance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations and support.

• In-depth knowledge of OFSC features and capabilities, especially in version 24C or later.

• Strong understanding of field service business processes and operational best practices.

• Experience in OFSC configuration, including message scenarios, routing, filters, and plugins.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot OFSC issues and manage incident resolution across interfacing systems.

• Hands-on experience integrating OFSC with IBM Maximo is highly desirable.

• Exposure to other field service technologies like

  Oracle EBS Field Service

  or

  Siebel Field Service

  is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Oracle Certification

  in Oracle Field Service Cloud is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
