Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of

  Oracle FAH solutions

  .
• Work with business teams to gather, analyze, and document accounting transformation requirements.
• Configure

  Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, journal entry setups, and mapping logic

  in FAH.
• Integrate FAH with external feeder systems for financial and accounting data.
• Perform data conversions, reconciliations, and testing (SIT, UAT).
• Provide expertise in

  accounting rules engine, journal sources, event models, and mapping sets

  .
• Support

  month-end and year-end close processes

  involving FAH.
• Troubleshoot and resolve FAH-related issues in production environments.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Technical teams) for seamless implementation.
• Provide user training and prepare functional/technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 58 years of Oracle Financials experience

  with at least

  2+ years in Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)

  .
• Strong expertise in

  SLA configuration, event classes, journal lines, and accounting transformation rules

  .
• Hands-on experience in integrating FAH with

  feeder systems (third-party or in-house)

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

  .
• Experience with

  data conversions, accounting rule definitions, and reconciliations

  .
• Familiarity with

  Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS reports

  for financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
