Oracle EBS SCM Technical Specialist

You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM Technical Specialist role to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 technical support, integration troubleshooting, and enhancements within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) track of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.3. Your role will require close collaboration with functional teams, middleware, and external systems to ensure the stability, performance, and continuity of business-critical processes. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support and incident resolution for Oracle EBS SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Planning, and Fulfillment. You will troubleshoot complex issues related to customizations, interfaces, workflows, and data inconsistencies. Working closely with functional consultants, you will develop and deploy technical fixes and support integrations with WMS (HighJump), Retail, B2B, eCommerce, and 3PL systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and supporting custom reports, workflows, and data extracts using BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Forms, and PL/SQL. Participation in root cause analysis (RCA), creating knowledge articles, updating documentation, and working within the ServiceNow environment to manage tickets, changes, and incident lifecycle will also be part of your role. You will be required to participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and deploy fixes in a controlled, production-safe manner. During high-volume periods, you will assist with issue triage and response and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams to ensure smooth global handoff and escalation handling.
