Job Description

As an Oracle EBS R12 Cost Management professional with 9+ years of experience, you will be responsible for driving conversations with clients and demonstrating expertise in Oracle Inventory Cost Management module. Your role will involve serving as a subject matter expert in Oracle EBS SCM, focusing on Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, and related modules. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle SCM modules to align with business requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and recommend system improvements - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle SCM modules to minimize business disruption - Participate in system upgrades, patching, and new module rollouts as necessary - Maintain documentation of system configurations, business processes, and best practices - Stay updated with Oracle EBS enhancements, new features, and industry trends - Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping - Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and deliver solutions in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop and execute test cases for new functionalities and system changes - Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migrations - Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer as needed - Demonstrate excellent communication skills and proactively drive initiatives in a dynamic environment **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Inventory Costing accounting, Standard costing, and Average costing - Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules with expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, and related areas - Better understanding of GL and Subledger accounting - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment This is a Contract to Hire position with a hybrid work mode.
