Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) and deep functional knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles, including Order Management (OM).
• The candidate will play a key role in leading finance process design, solutioning, and support activities across Oracle E-Business Suite. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable financial operations.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end O2C and P2P business processes in Oracle EBS
• Configure, enhance, and support AR, AP, and GL modules
• Provide functional leadership for Order Management (OM) integrations with Finance
• Analyze complex business requirements and design optimal Oracle EBS solutions
• Drive period-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Oversee UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live support
• Prepare and review functional documentation (BRDs, FRDs, test scripts)
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to finance users

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consulting
• Strong hands-on expertise in AR, AP, GL
• In-depth knowledge of O2C, P2P, and OM processes
• Proven experience in onsite client handling and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
