Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full life-cycle implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, with strong functional knowledge across Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA)
• This role requires proficiency in ERP conversions, supporting client migrations from legacy systems, and active participation in financial close activities
• Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Oracle EBS R12 implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
• Configure and manage setups for AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth ERP conversions and migrations from legacy systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on WIP, BOM, Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management modules during migration
• Provide functional support during weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and prepare functional documentation
• Partner with technical teams to design and test solutions that meet business needs
• Skills & Attributes: Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA)
• Hands-on experience with ERP conversions and data migrations
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
