We are hiring a Techno-Functional Oracle EBS Finance Chain Developer to join our Service Reliability Engineering team. This role blends deep Oracle EBS expertise with modern SRE practices to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of financial systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS modules, automation, cloud platforms, and data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, with a strong focus on proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Finance Chain Techno-Functional Developer to join our Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. This role combines deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS with technical expertise and a strong focus on system reliability, automation, and performance optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our financial systems and services.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Operations:

  Design and manage scalable infrastructure solutions to support Oracle EBS and related systems.

• System Monitoring:

  Proactively monitor system health using observability tools and performance metrics.

• Incident Management:

  Lead incident response efforts, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal service disruption.

• Root Cause Analysis:

  Investigate and resolve recurring issues by identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.

• Automation:

  Build and maintain scripts/tools to automate operational tasks and reduce manual effort.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to align on reliability goals.

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• Service Reliability

  : Experience with managing and maintaining highly-available systems, including cloud-based infrastructure. •

  Programming:

  Proficiency in programming to automate repetitive tasks ("toil") to reduce manual effort and human error. •

  Monitoring & Observability:

  Solid understanding of monitoring tools, incident management platforms, and metrics analysis. •

  Technical Depth:

  Deep knowledge of system performance optimization and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, distributed systems, and security best practices. •

  Communication & Collaboration:

  Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams. •

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information systems, Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
