Full Time

Location: Infolob GCC - Financial District, Gachibowli

Work with a world class team to support cutting edge Oracle technology.

This involves resolving post-sales technical customer inquiries as well as investigating technical issues regarding the use of and troubleshooting.

Migration/Upgrade exp

Qualifications:

4 to 6+ years related work experience including: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Experience with general Oracle Database support

Superior knowledge and hands on experience with

SQL and relational databases

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a backlog as well as investigate and bring tier-3 support tickets to resolution

Work both individually and as a team to maintain the backlog,

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on changing priorities

Be a part of an on call rotation

Perform other responsibilities as assigned
