Job Title: Oracle & SQL DBA AWS Cloud | 10+ Years Experience Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle DBA , SQL Server , and AWS Cloud . The ideal candidate will manage production and development databases, ensure performance, reliability, and support cloud migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle (10g–19c) and SQL Server databases Set up and manage RAC , Data Guard , and RMAN backups Perform performance tuning , troubleshooting, and health checks Administer databases on AWS (RDS, EC2, DMS, CloudWatch) Lead on-prem to AWS cloud migration activities Ensure database security, user access control, and compliance Maintain documentation for configuration, backup, and recovery Required Skills: 10+ years in Oracle DBA (RAC, RMAN, performance tuning) 3+ years in SQL Server administration Experience with AWS cloud services (RDS, EC2, etc.) Scripting with Shell, PL/SQL, or T-SQL Good communication and documentation skills Certifications Preferred: Oracle OCP , AWS Certified Database – Specialty or equivalent Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai (Hybrid/On-site) Experience: 10 to 15 Years Notice Period: Immediate / Serving / 30 Days Apply to: francis@lorventech.com
