• As a

  Database Administrator,

  you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day health of the Oracle Exadatas, Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliances, Oracle Databases and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environments.
• You will use OEM to monitor all supported environments and be responsible for delivering a resilient and highly available platform, which adheres to the banks Compliance Framework, Risk Policies, and technology strategy.
• You will manage incidents, problems, changes, vulnerabilities and non-compliance tickets in line with Service Management framework.
• You will identify and effectively manage risk on all supported platforms, to ensure the risk profile remains as low as reasonably practicable.
• You will ensure all platforms are delivered to an exceptional grade of service for our colleagues and customers

Essential Experience

• 8+ years experience working in technology (preferably supporting financial services industry)
• 8+ years experience managing Oracle Databases
• 4+ years’ experience managing Oracle Engineered Systems, including Exadata and ZDRLA
• 4+ years’ experience managing Oracle Enterprise Manager
