Oracle Database Admin

As an Oracle DBA, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Experience in Grid Installation and Grid Upgradation is mandatory - Proficiency in Oracle RAC, Performance Tuning, Dataguard, and knowledge of Golden gate - Expert-level understanding of Oracle database architecture - Ability to collaborate with various teams to resolve performance issues, including development, storage administrators, network administrators, system administrators, and business users - Specialization in Oracle RAC with a deep understanding of the complexity of RAC Architecture across Servers, OS, network, and storage layers - Exposure to working on Oracle Engineered systems such as Exadata, SSC box, and ExaCM - Strong SQL tuning skills and experience in refactoring SQL queries to enhance performance - Capability to diagnose performance issues spanning from SQL queries to the application, database, system, and storage levels - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate through infrastructure layers to identify and address issues - Expertise in Oracle database's high availability features - Thorough understanding of Oracle database backup and recovery options - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a production environment across various operating systems - Good communication skills are essential Additionally, it is preferred if candidates have experience in the banking sector.
