Oracle Customer Data Management techno-functional consultant - CX

As an Oracle Customer Data Management techno-functional consultant - CX at Strategic Resources International, your role will involve the implementation, integration, and support of the Customer Data Management module in Oracle Cloud Applications. You will be responsible for: - Demonstrating excellent techno-functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) tools and technologies. - Leading at least 2 Oracle CDM implementations as a techno-functional consultant. - Creating and modifying data structures, views, and data stores in Oracle CDM. - Handling ad-hoc data change requests from clients effectively. - Working with complex data structures to extract and transform data. - Utilizing other Oracle CDM features such as deduplication and merging of Account/Contact. - Having a solid understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud. - Proficiency in SaaS Extensions using Groovy, data integrations, and Application Composer. - Designing and developing reports and dashboards based on business requirements. - Gathering business requirements, documenting them, performing fit gap analysis, and mapping them to the CDM application. - Collaborating with business users across various business units to ensure effective technology solutions aligned with business goals and processes. - Configuring systems, creating functional design documents, developing and documenting test scripts. - Conducting requirement and design workshops, managing conference room pilots, and facilitating user testing and training workshops. - Coordinating with Onshore & Offshore functional/technical teams for project deliverables throughout the implementation phases. - Working closely with business analysts and project managers to provide necessary support.
