Oracle CPQ Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant with a minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of techno-functional skills in CPQ Product Configuration, BML Scripting, and BMQL, along with expertise in integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM/ERP systems like OSC, Salesforce, EBS, JDE, and other third-party applications. The consultant will be responsible for leveraging their knowledge of Oracle CPQ best practices to deliver high-quality implementations, integrations, and configurations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Design and implement CPQ solutions that meet customer needs, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
• Utilize BML scripting and BMQL for custom logic and product configuration needs.
• Implement and configure integrations with various CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards).
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define functional and technical specifications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure seamless integration of CPQ with other business systems using web services standards, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and XSL.
• Follow Oracle CPQ implementation best practices, methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
• Create and maintain documentation for solution design, process workflows, and custom configurations.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to the CPQ solution, working with development and technical teams as needed.
• Mentor and train junior team members on Oracle CPQ best practices and development techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 successful end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ product configuration, including BML Scripting and BMQL.
• Proven experience in integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM/ERP systems like Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), Salesforce, EBS, JDE, and third-party applications.
• Deep understanding of web services standards and technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST, and XSL.
• Strong technical background with the ability to bridge the gap between functional and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Oracle CPQ implementation best practices and standard documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
