Oracle CPQ

Role Overview: You will be the CPQ Architect responsible for developing business cases, planning, coordinating with internal and vendor teams, managing complex multi-application integration projects, and providing updates to business sponsors. Your role will involve working on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments will be essential. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be curious, enjoy diving into projects, and have a desire to develop new insights. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect end-to-end Oracle CPQ solutions aligning with client requirements and integrating with systems like CRM and ERP. - Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to understand processes and gather detailed requirements. - Customize Oracle CPQ to meet client needs, including configuring objects, workflows, rules, and reporting. - Manage Business Markup Language (BML) and Groovy scripting for creating and managing business rules. - Lead integrations with Oracle and non-cloud systems to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture blueprints, and integration specifications. - Lead various phases of CPQ implementation lifecycle, from requirements to deployment. - Facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing client expectations effectively. Qualification Required: - Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science is required. - Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architect in an Enterprise setting. - Experience with project life cycle management tools like Microsoft Visual Studio DevOps, JIRA. - Experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet. Additional Details: - You should have deep expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud technology and its features. - Strong understanding of BML and Groovy scripting for rule creation and management. - Experience in designing and implementing CPQ solutions, including CRM and ERP integration. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and develop future state recommendations for CPQ solutions. - Knowledge of order-to-cash processes will be an added advantage. - Experience in working and executing Projects using Agile methodologies.,
