Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM solutions using OTBI/OBIEE to meet business requirements.
  
• Design and implement reports using Oracle XML Publisher and Oracle BI Publisher to provide valuable insights.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
  
• Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts to improve system performance and data accuracy.
  
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in database management.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.
  
• Document technical specifications and user manuals for developed solutions.
  
• Conduct testing and validation of new features to ensure quality and functionality.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and address user needs effectively.
  
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering highquality solutions that enhance business operations.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM, OTBI/OBIEE, Oracle XML Publisher, SQL, Oracle BI Publisher and PL/SQL.
  
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex Oracle applications.
  
• Proficiency in designing and implementing reports using Oracle reporting tools.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
  
• Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  
• Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
  
• Certification: Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent in Oracle Cloud technologies.
