Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OTBI/OBIEE, Oracle XML Publisher, SQL, Oracle BI Publisher and PL/SQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a dayshift environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM solutions using OTBI/OBIEE to meet business requirements.

Design and implement reports using Oracle XML Publisher and Oracle BI Publisher to provide valuable insights.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.

Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts to improve system performance and data accuracy.

Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in database management.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM applications.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.

Document technical specifications and user manuals for developed solutions.

Conduct testing and validation of new features to ensure quality and functionality.

Collaborate with business analysts to understand and address user needs effectively.

Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering highquality solutions that enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM, OTBI/OBIEE, Oracle XML Publisher, SQL, Oracle BI Publisher and PL/SQL.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex Oracle applications.

Proficiency in designing and implementing reports using Oracle reporting tools.

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Strong communication skills for collaboration with crossfunctional teams.

Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.

Certification: Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent in Oracle Cloud technologies.
