Job Description

Job Summary:

ERP Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications: ERP Financials.
Ensure data integrity across reporting platforms and manage master data.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to design and create advanced reports.
Configure business application settings to meet specific requirements.
Manage and validate general ledger structures and master data files.
Analyze and improve finance and accounting processes and systems.
Evaluate and enhance system performance using defined metrics.
Assist in maintaining Oracle Cloud Financials applications.
Provide troubleshooting support and resolve system issues.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and security measures.
Prepare and present evaluations, proposals, and documentation.
Conduct functional end-user training programs.
Participate in special projects as assigned.

Education & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business, or IT.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience (can include work experience during studies).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP).

Skills & Abilities:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience in developing BI reports and dashboards (preferably Oracle OTBI or MicroStrategy).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in process documentation and improvement.
