Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Senior Consultant for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role, with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP. This role specializes in the Record to Report (R2R) cycle, with particular expertise in implementing Leasing functionality within Oracle Assets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and Oracle Cloud technology, along with proven leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the reporting for both finance and operating leases in Oracle Assets, ensuring full compliance with ASC842 and IFRS16 standards. System Implementation and Optimization: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Assets Expense Lease functionality for both finance and operating leases, including configuration, testing, and go-live support. Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between the finance department and other business units, ensuring clear communication, requirements gathering, and alignment on financial reporting and system functionalities. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative environment, promoting professional growth and development, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Contribute to the design and optimization of financial processes within the Record to Report (R2R) cycle in Oracle Cloud ERP. Collaborate with technical teams for integration activities, ensuring seamless data flow between modules. Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex financial and leasing-related issues within Oracle Cloud. Develop and deliver training to end-users on Oracle Cloud financial and leasing functionalities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management. Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically within the Record to Report (R2R) cycle. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules like General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Accounts Payable (AP) from an integration perspective. Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements, especially ASC842 and IFRS16 related to leasing. Proven leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud certification in Finance modules. Prior experience in a multinational corporation or complex organizational structure. Experience in leading Oracle Cloud ERP upgrades or implementations.
