We are seeking a seasoned Finance Senior Consultant for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role, with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP. This role specializes in the Record to Report (R2R) cycle, with particular expertise in implementing Leasing functionality within Oracle Assets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and Oracle Cloud technology, along with proven leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the reporting for both finance and operating leases in Oracle Assets, ensuring full compliance with ASC842 and IFRS16 standards. System Implementation and Optimization: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Assets Expense Lease functionality for both finance and operating leases, including configuration, testing, and go-live support. Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between the finance department and other business units, ensuring clear communication, requirements gathering, and alignment on financial reporting and system functionalities. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative environment, promoting professional growth and development, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Contribute to the design and optimization of financial processes within the Record to Report (R2R) cycle in Oracle Cloud ERP. Collaborate with technical teams for integration activities, ensuring seamless data flow between modules.
