We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Data Migration specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-16 years of experience in data migration projects, specifically with Oracle BRM. This role involves managing data migration processes, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute data migration projects for Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure seamless data transfer.
Develop and implement data mapping strategies to ensure data integrity during migration.
Perform data cleansing and validation to maintain high data quality standards.
Monitor and report on migration progress, addressing any issues that arise during the process.
Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth transition.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience with Oracle BRM and data migration processes.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and validation.
Familiarity with data transformation tools and techniques.
Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Knowledge of database design and data modeling concepts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
