Oracle B2C Service Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining Johnson Controls as an experienced Oracle B2C Service Developer, focusing on developing and implementing enhancements to improve customer engagement and service delivery through Oracle B2C Service applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Oracle B2C Service applications to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation. - Provide technical support, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot Oracle B2C Service applications. - Stay updated with Oracle B2C Service features and enhancements, integrating new functionalities into existing systems. - Extensive experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud implementation, customizations, and support. - Develop Custom Scripts, Custom Processes, BUI Extensions, Business Rules, Configuration, Workflow/Workspace, Report Analytics, Knowledgebase, etc. - Utilize REST APIs for integration with external systems. - Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, PHP, .NET, ROQL, ConnectPHP. - Familiarity with Oracle B2C features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, External Objects. - Knowledge of MS DevOps & Agile methodologies and middleware/integration tools like MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud. - Coordinate data synchronization between Oracle Service Cloud and other systems (Oracle EBS, Reporting, OFSC). - Create detailed functional and technical documentation using flow diagrams, wireframes, etc. - Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle B2C Service development. - Strong knowledge of Oracle B2C Service architecture, configuration, and customization. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL. - Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
