Key accountabilities

- Work closely with the Support Manager to address the priority application issues and meet the SLAs

- Prepare detailed documentation for software programs, troubleshoot system issues and mentor support teams on application development issues and Oracle, including but not limited Service Oriented Architecture

- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide solutions through configurations and setup changes as and when appropriately authorized.

- Ensure that all applications conf-orm to system and programming standards and are appropriately documented.

- Support ERP systems by identifying software issues and developing innovative fixes.

- Run proactive SQL scripts to identify and resolve production issues.•         Expertise on working with Production support including Oracle 12c and 19c along with the EBS R12.2.x environment.

- Well versed with architectural components of Oracle R12.2.x- applications.

- Proficient with Cloning like Single-Node $ Multi-Node Cloning of EBS R12.2 with 19c/12c databases in Normal and shared Architecture.

- Perf-orm database perf-ormance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning.

- DB Architect level in designing and stabilizing large systems

- Ensure database security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Hand on experienced on Patch Analysis and application of patch using ADOP (HOTPATCH, ONLINE) Utility.

- Proficient in administering, Troubleshooting and Handling alerts raised by alert monitoring system from EBS applications and Databases.

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and application perf-ormance.

- Provide triage support for data migrations.

- Architect level experience in Database and Oracle Application upgrade processes,

- and Application Demonstrated experience with TOAD, SQL, Unix Scripts and on shell scripting to automate jobs.

- Support Functional and other teams to help on Troubleshooting, debugging, and providing resolution related to issues.

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and application perf-ormance.

- Experience in handling vertex, Demantra, Intellinium app which integrated with EBS is desirable.

- Document configurations and troubleshooting efforts steps relations to Oracle EBS and Databases.

- Should be flexible to work and support across the shifts particularly the US shifts
