Oracle Application Database Administrator

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products. Additionally, you will monitor application-related products like oacore, oafm apache, etc. Another key aspect of your role will be to establish and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures, as well as take care of the Database design and implementation. You will also play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining database security by creating and maintaining users and roles, and assigning privileges. Collaborating with the team and providing 24/7 support when required will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will perform general technical troubleshooting, provide consultation to development teams, and interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support. Patch Management, Version Control, database, and application tuning, as well as performance monitoring, will also fall under your purview. Cloning DEV and TEST from PROD will be an essential task as well. **Key Responsibilities:** - Installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products - Monitoring application related products like oacore, oafm apache, etc. - Establishing and maintaining backup and recovery policies and procedures - Taking care of Database design and implementation - Implementing and maintaining database security - Providing 24/7 support and working as part of a team - Performing technical troubleshooting and offering consultation - Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support - Patch Management and Version Control - Database and application tuning and performance monitoring - Cloning DEV and TEST from PROD **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite r12.2 and Applications knowledge in supply chain and financials - Experience with Oracle Database release 12.1.0.2 through 19c - Experience with Demantra Administration - Knowledge of Exadata and Data Guard - Knowledge of PL/SQL and Linux scripts - Oracle Access Manager integration with EBS and Demantra is a plus - Wide knowledge of general database skills - Knowledge in DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, or Golden Gate is a plus Please note that interested candidates can share their CV at shivangi.manandhar@etenico.com.,
