As a Pediatric Optometrist in Hyderabad, your role will involve leading a team of Good Vision Technicians to conduct eye camps in different districts. You will be responsible for: - Supervising 3-4 Good Vision Technicians in organizing and managing eye camps in various districts. - Ensuring the quality of eye testing and patient care provided at the camps meets the highest standards. - Conducting regular refresher training sessions for the Good Vision Technicians to enhance productivity. - Making consultant visits to the camps and conducting mystery audits for quality assurance. - Working towards achieving the sales targets set for the teams under your supervision. - Participating in Outreaches, performing eye tests, and prescribing glasses. - Being stationed at the Vision Centre to conduct eye tests and provide consultations. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Optometry from a reputable university. - At least three years of experience in conducting school screenings for children. - Possession of a 2-wheeler and a valid license. Your salary for this position is negotiable based on your previous experience and earnings, ranging from 25000 INR to 30000 INR. This is a full-time position that requires your physical presence at work.
