Role Overview: As an Optometrist, your main responsibilities will include dispensing and fitting accurate prescriptions, performing refraction and diagnosis, managing inventory, providing reports to management, ensuring quality control, and serving as a consultant for Opticians when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Dispense accurate prescriptions and fit spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids - Perform refraction and diagnosis to meet customers" needs - Provide advice to patients on lens types, frames, styling, fit contact lenses, care, use of low vision aids, adjustments, and repairs to spectacles - Manage inventory of lenses and optical products, and provide inputs on orders - Provide qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales, stock, and customer feedback - Ensure quality of eye measurements and audit fitments and dispensing techniques of Opticians - Serve as the point of escalation for Opticians for cases requiring higher consultation Qualifications Required: - D.
