We are hiring a qualified Optometrist to join our team at a leading retail optical brand in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in optometry and be comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about eye care and customer service to grow their career in the retail healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate eye testing and vision checks for walk-in and appointment-based customers
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and advise on lens options and frames
• Educate customers on eye care, lens usage, and product options
• Support the sales team by providing technical assistance during product selection
• Ensure clinical quality standards and hygiene protocols are maintained
• Handle pre- and post-sales queries related to prescriptions and eye health
• Maintain customer records accurately and update the system as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Optometrist, preferably in a retail/optical chain
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-centric attitude with a sales-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of optical retail systems and eye testing equipment
• Fluency in English and local languages (Hindi/Marathi )
