Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist located in Belgaum. The Optometrist will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating ocular conditions, prescribing and fitting corrective lenses, and advising patients on eye health and preventive care. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for patients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing ocular conditions
• Experience in prescribing and fitting corrective lenses
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to advise on eye health, preventive care, and treatments
• Familiarity with maintaining accurate patient records and administrative tasks
• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• Valid optometry license for practicing in the location
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with the latest eye care technologies and practices is a plus
