Optimizely Frontend Development

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing responsive and accessible web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing responsive and accessible web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. - Working with Optimizely CMS/DXP to implement custom frontend components, templates, and personalization features. - Collaborating with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences. - Optimizing frontend performance, SEO, and accessibility. - Customizing and extending Optimizely blocks and templates. - Participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. - Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards are met. - Integrating with APIs and third-party tools (e.g., analytics, A/B testing, personalization). Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - 2+ years of frontend development experience in a CMS environment, preferably with Optimizely. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular (depending on implementation). - Strong understanding of Optimizely CMS templates, blocks, and view rendering. - Familiarity with Optimizely DXP, Content Delivery API, and personalization features. - Knowledge of version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum workflows. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Good understanding of performance optimization techniques. - Experience with headless CMS implementations using Optimizely Content Delivery API. - Familiarity with Optimizely Commerce Cloud (for B2B/B2C ecommerce sites). - Knowledge of TypeScript, Webpack, and RESTful APIs. - Experience integrating A/B testing or personalization tools (e.g., Optimizely Experimentation, Google Optimize). - Optimizely certifications (Developer, Commerce, etc.) are a plus.,
