As a Frontend Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop responsive and accessible web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. You will collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards are met. You will work with Optimizely CMS/DXP to implement custom frontend components, templates, and personalization features. Additionally, you will optimize frontend performance, SEO, and accessibility, as well as customize and extend Optimizely blocks and templates. Participation in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies will also be part of your routine. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of frontend development experience in a CMS environment, preferably with Optimizely. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery is required. Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular is essential, depending on the implementation. A strong understanding of Optimizely CMS templates, blocks, and view rendering is necessary. Familiarity with Optimizely DXP, Content Delivery API, and personalization features will be beneficial. Knowledge of version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum workflows is expected. You should possess strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, as well as a good understanding of performance optimization techniques. Experience with headless CMS implementations using Optimizely Content Delivery API and familiarity with Optimizely Commerce Cloud for B2B/B2C ecommerce sites will be advantageous. Additional skills that will be valuable in this role include knowledge of TypeScript, Webpack, and RESTful APIs. Experience integrating A/B testing or personalization tools such as Optimizely Experimentation, Google Optimize is a plus. Optimizely certifications (Developer, Commerce, etc.) will also be considered advantageous for this position.,
