- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute experiments.
- Implement front-end changes (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Analyze experiment results and share insights.
- Maintain experiment documentation and QA.
- 6+ years of front-end development experience.
- Hands-on with Optimizely or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and analytics tools.
- Experience with feature flagging a plus.
- Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred.
