Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service
: Greeting customers, understanding needs, recommending products, explaining features (lenses, coatings), processing payments, and resolving issues.
Product Expertise
: Maintaining deep knowledge of frames, lenses, contact lenses, and new industry trends.
Eyewear Assistance
: Assisting with frame selection, ensuring perfect fit, performing minor adjustments, and taking measurements.
Target Achievement
: Working to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
Inventory & Display
: Keeping sales floor organized, managing stock, and ensuring appealing product presentation.
Relationship Building
: Developing strong customer relationships for repeat business and ensuring high satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks
: Handling sales records, managing orders, and scheduling follow-ups.
Collaboration
: Working with optometrists and other staff for a seamless experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Need Experienced Candidate with Ophthalmic Knowledge.
