Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OPT Recruiter located in Vijayawada. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for OPT candidates, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in relevant positions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a pool of qualified candidates, developing relationships with candidates and clients, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and practices. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to meet hiring needs and achieve recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates for OPT opportunities
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations and OPT/CPT hiring processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Understanding of IT, technical roles, and technology trends is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
