Role: OPT Recruiter

Timings: USA EST Timings (Night Shift)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad(On site)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in hiring OPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, networks, Social Networking sites, and other sources.
• Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B visa holders, and EADs.
• Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hirings with effective hands-on experience on various jobs i.e., Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong experience and understanding of OPT/H1b Transfer US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology training, and maintaining a database of OPT candidates.
• Screening the resumes according to the Job description and matching with requirements, calling up candidates to explain the job in detail and understand the candidate is fit for the position.
• Maintaining & and updating the Daily and monthly submission and closure reports.
• Should contact recent masters students in the United States and encourage them to join our consultancy.

Requirements:

Candidate with a Minimum of 6 Minimum of experience.

You need excellent knowledge of tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.

Strong negotiation skills.

Should be well-versed in various market technologies.

Should be willing to work on Targets and meet the standard.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
