Ops Support Specialist C04 (Chat Ops)

The Ops Support Specialist 4 position involves providing operations support services, such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, imaging, and opening accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Acting as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients is a key responsibility. The role aims to offer day-to-day operations support in accordance with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. Responsibilities: - Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and address issues requiring in-depth investigation or research. - Provide team assistance, including acting as a subject matter expert, leading special projects, training new hires, offering daily guidance to lower-level employees, and allocating work as necessary. - Conduct basic analysis, research, and workflow management. - Support a wide range of products and services. - Communicate relevant information to senior managers and support activities that help minimize organizational loss or impact. - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, taking into account the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, exercising ethical judgment, and managing control issues transparently. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Experience in a business office or operational environment. - Proficient computer and math skills, especially with complex databases and spreadsheets. - Technical and administrative expertise. - Strong attention to detail. - Knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures in a basic work area.
