Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting business operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating Statements of Work (SOW), invoicing, employee onboarding/offboarding, and providing administrative support to Directors. Your proactive nature, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities with precision will be key in excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a point of contact for Directors, assisting in daily administrative and operational tasks. - Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership. - Coordinate the creation, review, and tracking of Statements of Work (SOWs) and other client/vendor agreements. - Manage invoicing cycles for clients and vendors in collaboration with the finance department. - Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new hires and offboarding processes. - Identify opportunities to streamline operations processes and recommend improvements. - Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in operations, administrative, or coordinator roles. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
