FEM (Front end module)
Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs
• Design and develop front end modules (steel, plastic, hybrid) for hatchback, SUV, and passenger vehicle programs.
• Ensure design feasibility with respect to manufacturing constraints.
• Check manufacturability and propose design improvements.
• Maintain overall packaging awareness of the front end module and related systems.
• Prepare and review 3D/2D design documentation in CATIA V5.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and validation.
• Contribute knowledge from at least one or two prior vehicle program experiences
