Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in BigQuery SQL and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the entire model development lifecyclefrom data cleansing to deploymentand will collaborate closely with production engineering teams. Experience in the mortgage domain and text analytics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy machine learning models end-to-end, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
Work with BigQuery SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Collaborate with production engineering teams to ensure seamless model integration and deployment.
Apply text analytics techniques to extract insights from unstructured data (preferred).
Maintain documentation and ensure reproducibility of models and workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning tasks.
Expertise in BigQuery SQL for large-scale data handling.
Solid understanding of the ML model development lifecycle.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, especially with production engineering.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the mortgage or financial services domain.
Exposure to text analytics and NLP techniques.
