Operator- Process ADR TEGRA

Role Overview: As a Process Operator at McCain Foods(India) P Ltd in Mehsana, your primary purpose is to ensure that all equipment in the process section, including Blancher, SAPP / Dextrose System, Dryer, Fryer, and Freezing, is operating efficiently to supply the production line with the required quantity and quality of specified processed cut potatoes. Your responsibilities include monitoring quality and processed efficiencies, recording data, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Key Responsibilities: - Operating of Process Section: - Monitor and set equipment in the Blancher area to the required standards for specific product processes. - Monitor water levels, quality, and usage while recording yield loss, color, texture, and breakage. - Ensure equipment in the SAAP / Dextrose System is set correctly and monitor percentages, water quality, and ingredient usage. - Maintain standards in the Dryer, Fryer, and Freezing areas, monitoring temperatures, retention times, alarms, and product quality. - Record yield loss, oil usage/quality, and product breakage. - Neatness of Workplace: - Keep walls, walkways, floors, and equipment clean during production. - Ensure cleanliness during non-processing times and maintain a tidy production shift. - Dispose of waste properly and ensure staff have clean uniforms. - Maintenance & General Duties: - Assist engineers during breakdowns and communicate changes to the Supervisor. - Conduct daily checks on the process area, report defects, and make adjustments. - Replace consumable parts and perform other reasonable duties. - Safety: - Secure equipment and motor covers, ensure no loose wires, and keep floors dry. - Ensure all staff wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols. Qualification Required: - Academic: - Must have ITI or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food Industry. - Related Work Experience: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the process and packing area.
