Role Overview: You will be responsible for operating chemical production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Your main duties will include monitoring equipment performance, conducting routine inspections, maintaining production records, ensuring a safe working environment, and collaborating with team members to coordinate production activities. Key Responsibilities: - Operate chemical production equipment following SOPs and safety protocols - Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal production levels - Conduct routine inspections of machinery and troubleshoot any production issues - Maintain accurate production records, batch records, equipment logs, and maintenance reports - Follow strict safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment - Assist in the setup and cleanup of production lines - Collaborate with quality control personnel to conduct product testing and ensure quality specifications - Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production activities and address any concerns - Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies related to chemical handling and disposal - Implement DSI/Kaizen initiatives to improve work quality and safety in alignment with organizational goals - Ensure clean and safe work conditions in the production area - Perform any other work assigned by your senior Qualifications Required: - Experience in operating chemical production equipment - Knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety protocols - Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues - Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team - Understanding of regulatory requirements related to chemical handling and disposal Additional Details: The company follows a policy of providing Provident Fund benefits to employees.
