1.To ensure all enquiries coming on email, WhatsApp and on call are replied same day and ensure all emails are attended.
2.To prepare quotation in SLT software and send it to respective customers.
3.To prepare and send proforma invoice to customers proactively on receipt of purchase order.(for parties with advance payment)
4.To prepare quotation for export customers and send them proforma invoice on receipt of purchase order.
5.To follow up on given quotation to improve quotation to order conversion ratio.
6.To make weekly sales analysis report.
7.To make weekly analysis report of quotation register.
8.To reply all the enquiries coming through Indiamart and Tradeindia.
9.Any other work deemed fit by your superior.
10.To do DSI/Kaizen to improve your work in line with organizational goal.

Pay: ₹15,165.54 - ₹28,699.28 per month
