Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Khandala for an Operator cum Technician for Ball Mill and Pulp Refiner. The role involves operating and maintaining the ball mill and pulp refiner machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems, performing preventive maintenance activities, and adhering to safety protocols. The operator cum technician will also need to collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ball Mill Operation and Maintenance skills
• Pulp Refining Equipment Operation and Maintenance skills
• Mechanical and Technical Troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
