Role Description This is a full-time on-site Operator role located in Surat at Cosmic Solar. The Operator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining solar panel installations, ensuring optimal energy production, and conducting routine maintenance tasks related to energy storage solutions. Qualifications Experience in solar energy operations or maintenance Knowledge of solar panel installation and energy storage systems Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical fitness and ability to work at heights Relevant certifications in solar energy or OSHA safety standards Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
