Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operator for the acrylic lamination line located in Morbi. The Operator will be responsible for overseeing the acrylic lamination process and ensuring smooth operation of the machinery. Daily responsibilities will include managing lamination equipment, monitoring quality assurance processes, performing basic maintenance of machines, troubleshooting issues, and conducting regular inspections to ensure optimal operation and safety standards. Collaboration with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining machinery specific to acrylic lamination processes
• Basic technical skills for troubleshooting and performing equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of quality control standards and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to production schedules
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a factory environment
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production lines is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred
