OperationsTeam Lead

You will provide daily support and guidance to staff within the department, working closely with Team Managers, co-AVPs, and Head to address operational issues. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving issues for teams, transitioning new processes, cross-training, succession planning, preparing management reports, and interfacing with different departments for timely and accurate processing. You will also handle activities like BCM, Audits, Transformation, and people-related initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Bilateral and syndicated Loan products, hands-on knowledge of Loan IQ application, leadership skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in shifts. Graduates with a total experience of 10+ years in the same industry and function are preferred.
