Operations/Logistics Executive

As an Operations & Logistics Executive at our company, you will play a key role in managing data entry, customer communication, shipment coordination, and documentation for our seafood export business. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining order and shipment data accurately in our internal systems - Coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and cold storages on shipment status - Preparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, COAs, and B/L instructions - Tracking shipments and ensuring timely communication with customers and partners - Supporting logistics scheduling and handling day-to-day operational tasks To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field - Have at least 3 years of experience in logistics, documentation, or customer service - Possess strong communication and email skills in English - Be proficient in MS Excel and general computer operations - Demonstrate organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently In addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications required for this position, we offer a professional and supportive work environment where you can grow within a global seafood export business.
