Operations/Logistics Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations & Logistics Executive. The role involves managing data entry, customer communication, shipment coordination, and documentation for our seafood export business.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain order and shipment data accurately in our internal systems

Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and cold storages on shipment status

Prepare export documentation (invoice, packing list, COA, B/L instructions, etc.)

Track shipments and ensure timely communication with customers and partners

Support logistics scheduling and handle day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Logistics, or related field preferred)

1–3 years of experience in logistics, documentation, or customer service

Strong communication and email skills in English

Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer operations

Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
