Operations Support Specialist 5

Role Overview: The Ops Support Specialist 5 position involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders. The main objective is to offer day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues, ensuring efficient and effective customer service to Citis clients - Identify opportunities to offer value-added products and services while complying with laws and regulations governing Telesales - Communicate with management on productivity, quality, and Management Information System (MIS) indicators, and provide written and oral communications to supported business areas for financial entries - Facilitate training based on staff needs and assist with answering staff questions within Disputes - Support a wide range of products and services, assist with Lean and process improvement projects, and resolve complex problems by following best practices - Appropriately assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Comprehensive knowledge of Dispute process - Ability to work independently and apply problem-solving capabilities - Willingness to work occasional weekends to support Pega releases and COB testing - Working knowledge of Pega and/or G36 functionality, Continuity of Business (CoB) testing, and Trust Receipts (TRs) creation and resolution - Demonstrated analytical skills, mathematical knowledge, and clear written and verbal communication skills If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.,
