Operations Supervisor - US Taxation/Payroll

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Global Services teams, which include audit, data entry, reception, general administrative, project, and other Centralized Global Services teams. Your duties will involve providing general administrative assistance and support on client-related activities. Additionally, you will actively participate in creating and implementing Global Services operations and strategies to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and future company growth. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a key business partner to internal clients and stakeholders on all Global Services matters, aiming to enhance operational efficiencies in providing support across all areas of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Global Services teams, overseeing various functions such as audit, data entry, reception, and general administrative tasks. - Collaborate in the development and execution of operational strategies for Global Services, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement. - Act as a key point of contact for internal clients and stakeholders, providing expertise and creating operational efficiencies in Global Services support. - Ensure smooth coordination and support across all Global Services areas to meet the company's objectives effectively. - Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to operational standards. - Implement best practices and processes to optimize the delivery of Global Services support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred - 8+ years of experience in operations with a customer support background - 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience managing a minimum of 20+ headcount - Previous experience working in financial services as a team lead - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to work night shifts (Note: IT and PMO profiles are not being considered for this role at the moment.),
