Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
Proficiency in SAP Dedicated, meticulous with strong analytical skills
Communication with CHA / Transporters and consignees for effective collection and service delivery.
Checking re-export documents and sharing the same with CHA for filing shipping bill.
Effective communication with HQ team for issues related to shipping line or forwarder.
System Updation.
Reports and MIS
Bachelors Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of experience preferably with customs documentation and record keeping.
