Operations & Project Management Purchase Department (Electrical) in Pune

Role Overview: As the Procurement Manager at Inspacco, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end procurement process related to electrical and other technical services. This includes identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors for electrical components, tools, and materials. You will be tasked with preparing purchase orders, obtaining quotations, and maintaining procurement records efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal teams such as project, site, and finance departments to strategize and execute procurement plans effectively. - Track and manage purchase delivery schedules, invoices, and inventory to ensure smooth operations. - Prioritize cost-effective purchasing practices while upholding high standards of quality and adherence to timelines. - Support project execution by ensuring timely availability of materials and services. - Maintain and update the vendor database, as well as fostering positive vendor relationships. - Generate regular reports on purchase status, cost savings, and vendor performance to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role within the electrical or technical services industry. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive vendor relationships. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices in the industry.,
